Apple released a completely rewritten iWork suite alongside OS X Mavericks, but many key features were lost in the process. One that we feared was gone was the handy color picker in Pages. Mar 26, 2021 Pages, Numbers, and Keynote each offer different file formats with additional options. For Pages, you can pick Pages, PDF, Word, EPUB, Plain Text, or RTF. Within each of the first four formats are additional options. For instance, if you pick Pages or Word, you can require a password to open it. Extract Images From Pages and Keynote. If you have old Pages or Keynote documents with images in them, but have lost the original image files, you can extract them. The trick is to select the image or shape with an image in it, then go to the Format sidebar, then Image.

This week, Apple updated its suite of iWork apps for both iOS and macOS. Ps1 emulator for mac. Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are now in version 11.0, and while the changes aren't dramatic, there are some small quality-of-life tweaks here.

PagesOn iOS, most of the listed updates apply to every app in the suite. They include onscreen keypads for entering numerical values in places where that wasn't as easy to do before, the ability to make edit mode the default viewing mode for every document you open, new editing controls in the Arrange Inspector, a new gesture for adding or removing objects, and the ability to include phone number links.

Numbers has one minor, app-specific change: you can now exclude the summary worksheet when you export your spreadsheet to Excel.
