Arch Anyconnect Download
My company uses two factor auth with their Cisco AnyConnect. I am trying to use OpenConnect on Arch to connect to our VPN, but I am unable to get the webpage, which opens when you initially connect, prompting me for my organization sign in and my two factor auth through okta.
Released:
Wrapper script for OpenConnect supporting Azure AD (SAMLv2) authentication to Cisco SSL-VPNs

- See openconnect (8). Simply run openconnect as root and enter your username and password when prompted: # openconnect vpnserver. More advanced invocation with username and password. Input the password after running the command. # openconnect -u user -passwd-on-stdin vpnserver. Often VPN providers are offering different authentication.
- OpenConnect is a cross-platform multi-protocol SSL VPN client which supports a number of VPN protocols: OpenConnect is not officially supported by, or associated in any way with Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Pulse Secure, Palo Alto Networks, F5, or Fortinet, or any of the companies whose protocols we may support in the future.

Using pip/pipx
A generic way that works on most 'standard' Linux distributions out of the box.The following example shows how to install openconect-sso
along with itsdependencies including Qt:
If you have Qt 5.x installed, you can skip the installation of bundled Qt version: Xiaomi driver for mac.
Of course you can also install via pip
instead of pipx
if you'd like toinstall system-wide or a virtualenv of your choice.
On Arch Linux
There is an unofficial package available for Arch Linux onAUR. You can use yourfavorite AUR helper to install it:
Using nix
The easiest method to try is by installing directly:
An overlay is also available to use in nix expressions:
.. or to use in configuration.nix
:
Arch Anyconnect Login
Windows (EXPERIMENTAL)
Install with pip/pipx and be sure that you have sudo
and openconnect
executable commands in your PATH.
Usage
If you want to save credentials and get them automaticallyinjected in the web browser:
User credentials are automatically saved to the users login keyring (ifavailable).
If you already have Cisco AnyConnect set-up, then --server

address is saved between sessions sothere is no need to always type in the same arguments:
Configuration is saved in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/openconnect-sso/config.toml
. Ontypical Linux installations it is located under$HOME/.config/openconnect-sso/config.toml
Development
openconnect-sso
is developed using Nix. Refer to theQuick Start section of the Nixmanual to see how to get itinstalled on your machine.
To get dropped into a development environment, just type nix-shell
:
To try an installed version of the package, issue nix-build
:
Alternatively you may just get Poetry andstart developing by using the included Makefile
