This is a set of macros that emulate the colour grading filters found in the popular Instagram app.

To insert this into your library:

Copy the contents of the zip file to a convenient folder.
In Affinity Photo, simply click on the 3-line 'hamburger' on the top right of the library panel (accessed via View/Studio), click on 'Import Macros...' and point it at the downloaded .afmacros file. Then click on the layer for which you want a model and click once on the appropriate macro in the 'Dave's Instagram Curves' library group category.
Leave the .jpg files in the folder for later access as needed. These are the overlays that will add vignettes.

Discussion

Each macro simply puts a Curves adjustment at the top of the layer stack that results in an image that has a similar appearance to the same named Instagram filter.

The Curves adjustment has Red, Green and Blue curves separately set. You can adjust any of these sub-curves to make variations on the basic colour grading effect.

You can quickly cycle through filters by clicking on the filter to see the effect, then hitting the 'Delete' key or Ctrl-Z to remove the filter.

When the macro name includes 'add Overlay', for a closer emulation the Instagram filter add a pixel layer above the Curves layer that includes an appropriate vignette. Suggested files for this are included in the zip file. Open the appropriate file, then copy and paste it into the image file. Select the Move Tool and drag the nodes of the overlay so it covers the image. Then change the Blend Mode (default 'Normal') to 'Overlay'. Resize the layer to cover the image.
